People and Culture Award

The People and Culture award was introduced in 2019 to recognise those businesses that place as much focus and commitment on their colleagues and their working environment as they do their customers.

Whether it’s a new reward and recognition initiative; a learning and development programme; or evidence of a diversity and inclusion strategy, if your business prioritises your people, our judges want to hear about it. This year we’ve introduced the award for individuals as well as for businesses. So if there is someone out there who you think deserves recognition for their work in highlighting diversity and inclusion issues whether in your business or the wider industry then you can nominate them for an award right here.

 *Supporting content: To support your entry, you are welcome to upload a maximum of three documents (presentations, videos, spreadsheets, images etc.). Word documents must be limited to one page, PowerPoint five slides, two Excel worksheets, and a max. of 15 images. Entries that exceed the upload limit will be disqualified.
