The Innovation Award

For this self-nomination award, our prestigious panel of independent expert judges will be looking for retailers that have successfully introduced a strategic business initiative with a demonstrable impact on your organisation.

Did you launch a marketing campaign (social, POS etc.) to attract new customers? Or introduce a data management solution to increase efficiencies on your forecourt? Have you overhauled your CRM system to engage with your customers more strategically? Have you embraced reviews to increase trust? Well this one is for you.

 *Supporting content: To support your entry, you are welcome to upload a maximum of three documents (presentations, videos, spreadsheets, images etc.). Word documents must be limited to one page, five PowerPoint slides, two Excel worksheets, and a max. of 15 images. Entries that exceed the upload limit will be disqualified.
