Auto Trader Retailer Awards | 2019 winners

For this year’s Awards, the judging process saw over 13,000 retailers whittled down to just 18 deserving winners across seven prestigious categories. Using a blend of data analysis and consumer research, the finalists and overall winners were determined either by an in-depth mystery shopping exercise, the opinions of thousands of car buyers, or from a comprehensive analysis of millions of data points.

Two categories (Business Initiative of the Year; and People & Culture Award) were self-nomination, offering retailers the chance to show an independent panel of experts from the likes of Google UK,, KPMG, The Specialist Works, and the UK Auto 30% Club, why they’re brand deserves the ultimate recognition.
